Police in Phhom Penh arrested a man on Saturday over the killing of a Serbian national, who was shot dead outside an apartment building on December 24, Khmer Times newspaper reports.
The suspect was identified as British who used many fake names including Batman, the report said.
The paper said the suspect is a 31-year old white male with a moustache and a spider tattoo on his neck.
The report said officers who arrested him found a pistol with seven rounds and a folding knife on him. He was dressed in black jeans and a maroon shirt, it said.
The newspaper quoting officers said the suspect used many names including Joseph Swartz, Jason Vernazza, Alan Bradly Wilson and James Spader.
The victim Strahinja Dackovic, 37, was shot at close range from inside a white car he attempted to open and died at the scene.
It is unclear why Dackovic was killed, though photos from his social media accounts showed him posing with firearms or large wads of cash.
